The Gentleman’s Retreat sponsored by Highland Park is open to all visitors and entry is free of charge.  A World of Whisky experience is available with tasting sessions on the hour, every hour, where Brand Ambassador Ben Stuart will take the guys (and girls if they’re interested) on a journey through some of the best whisky regions in the world, with such award winning brands such as Highland Park, The Macallan, Laphroaig and The Famous Grouse explaining the differences between and sampling along the way.  The Whisky Retreat is free of charge but you must be over 18 years of age, see the friendly team on the day to book your tasting slot.

Sweet Indulgence

This floor includes our Chocolate Café and will feature demonstrations and workshops throughout the weekend.

Sumptuous delights designed by local chocolatiers, chocolate artisans, patisseries, bakeries, restaurants and ice-cream specialists will be available to purchase for onsite consumption and as a sweet something to take home that truly celebrates the sweetness of life.

Paper Plus Books & Bubbles High Tea

A very special occasion, for Mother's Day Sunday only. You'll join Kerre Woodham and special guest authors to talk books while you enjoy a glass of bubbles. Kerre's love of books and her humorous style of presenting will ensure your experience will be both fun and informative. Special guest authors are Peta Mathias, Allyson Gofton, Nicky Pellegrino and Felicity Price.The Paper plus High Tea is being held in the Guineas Ballroom on Sunday 9th May from 2pm – 4pm.
